his house was bought and remodeled to become a rental property. We put in a completely new kitchen and bathroom, althogh we did refinish the original clawfoot tub. We refinished the floors, painted the walls and ceilings, pressure washed the house and did some landscaping. We also added a new deck to the front entry of the house.
